In order to cherish the memory of the founder of the company, we decided to set June 3rd every year as "Huayu Day", and promote knowledge about product quality, safety production, etc., and make it a "unity, hard work, and enterprising" that belongs to the "Huayu characteristics" in the future. "The corporate culture with positive spirit and positive energy."
This year, the promotion meeting on "Inheriting the Fine Traditions, Carrying Forward the Past, Opening up a New Situation" was held. The main activities are:
1. Promulgated and implemented the important business strategies of the "Two Five-Year Plans" to all employees, as well as the importance of the company's performance management and salary reforms;
2. Announced the holding of the "Continuous Promotion of Safe Production and Improved Product Quality" competition in the second half of the year, and introduced the competition rules;
3. In order to practice nuclear safety culture, a signing ceremony of integrity commitment was held;
4. The organization conducted training on safety production and product quality knowledge for all employees.
For the fourth activity mentioned above, a special written test was conducted. The company commends and provides material rewards for those who have excellent test scores. The reward aims to encourage all employees to "learn, think often, and study diligently", form a good learning atmosphere, shape a learning enterprise organization, and lay a good foundation for the standardization and innovation of the company's subsequent development.
Emphasize "safety first, quality first" and make it a normalized concept; advocate "do the right thing, do the right thing, do it well at one time", and make it a value and code of conduct for employees.
